Menus in Moodle 2.4.3
by CA Edington - Sunday, 31 March 2013, 10:49 AM

I need HELP with 2.3.4 (just upgraded). When I try to edit anything - course description, summary, etc. - I only get a blank with the dropdown menu showing HTML format, Moodle auto-format, etc. None of the icons for fonts, colors, etc. are showing. Is it a problem with my settings or what?

Although I can do text in HTML (tedious but possible), it's very difficult to add links and graphics, which I especially want to be able to do in a new course I'm setting up.

Hi CA,

Usually in the past when that happens it was because of using Safari, which was incompatible with Moodle's HTML editor. Have you tried using a different internet browser?

By the way, sometime this month we will upgrade this 1.9 Englishforum site to 2.4. Beautiful interface, isn't it.

CA,
Is your problem with 2.4.3 (post title) or with 2.3.4 (post body)?
